Colin and Bridget Beattie are a husband and wife team. We love everything about filming weddings. We get to meet lovely people, film in beautiful venues and be part of a couple's special day. We get to see people at their very best surrounded by love, laughter and tears of joy. Families and friends come together to celebrate a milestone in a couple's life. ? We have been capturing special memories and tender moments since 2009 having filmed more than 150 weddings all over the UK (with more than 300 films delivered). We've filmed in some of the most historical, popular and prestigious venues working alongside talented suppliers, wedding planners and industry professionals. We are based in Colchester and have filmed in London, Hertfordshire, Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, Cornwall, South Yorkshire, Essex & Kent. We've even filmed a wedding reception on the Thames. Venues have included castles, stately homes, listed buildings, manor houses, estates, farms, hotels and even on the beach, as well as many historic Churches including one of the oldest from the 8th-century here in Colchester ? Colin is the primary shooter and main creative who also oversees post production. He was trained at Elstree Studios and attended courses held by leading international wedding filmmakers Ray Roman and Philip White. Bridget is the second shooter, client liaison and production assistant. She is very much a people person and if she can lend a helping hand on the day she will.
