The properties beginnings originated with its popular golf course. The Golf course in its current location dates back to 1907 and is renowned in the local area. After being privately bought the Chipping Norton Golf Club, known as Cotswolds Club, opened a Hotel in 2015. Over the years the property has grown from 34 bedrooms to 114 and has seen a number of expansions in the facilities including a Restaurant extension, new gym and brand function space The Fairways and The Amara Ballroom which opened in 2021.

- Our new Amara Ballroom features stunning chandeliers and fairy lights. There is a private bar within the Ballroom and it has stunning panoramic views looking out onto our tree-lined golf course.
- In addition to the Ballroom we have our Fairways and Terrace available for more intimate weddings. Boasting a private terrace and views of the Fairways from its floor to ceiling windows.
- We are spoilt for choice with photo spots out in our ground which includes a feature stone bridge, a beautiful lake and treelined rows.
- With 114 bedrooms available at the Hotel including Suites, Studio Rooms perfect for families and more, we can guarantee an enjoyable stay for your your guests. Discount is offered for the night of and night prior to your special day.
- The Hotel features an 18 hole golf course and treatment spa so there is plenty for guests to do before and after your celebration. We have an onsite Restaurant and Bar as well as being in close proximity to the town of Chipping Norton.
- The Spa has a wide range of treatments and beauty offerings including Bridal make up which can be booked for your wedding day for you and your Bridal party! Hair is available on request and the Spa offers gel nails to finish off the Bridal look.

Hi, I'm Holly and I am delighted to be head of the Events Office at Cotswolds Hotel and Spa. With well over a decade in the wedding world I bring a wealth of experience to our dedicated team who love weddings as much as me! We are so excited to speak with you and join you on your wedding journey. Our beautiful Hotel truly is a luxury Hotel wedding venue that you must come and see for yourself. Its feature lighting in the new Amara Ballroom is sure to give you the wow feeling and make you fall in love with our venue. My favourite photo spot is down at the lake and my pick on dessert has to be our Chocolate Fondant! Holly Townsend
