Hi! I’m Issy, I run Fireflower Tipis along side my partner Alex. Alex and I have been together for nearly three years now (farmers wife on a girlfriend salary!) I’d describe myself as a down-to-earth, easygoing person with a big love for the simple things — fresh air, muddy boots, and good company. My style is minimal yet rustic, very much modern farmhouse vibes. ✨ How I Work: When it comes to weddings, I stress over the tiniest details. I’ll happily pick apart every little thing with my couples so that, when your day arrives, I know exactly what to do. Our first meeting is usually a site visit — it’s the best way to visualise everything. From there, it often turns into a trip to a cosy pub for a drink and more wedding chat (because planning should be fun, not stressful!) I juggle quite a few hats — running my own equestrian freelance business and working for a local family-run artisan bakery — but I always make it a priority to stay on top of communication. I like my couples to know they can reach out anytime. 💕 Outside of Weddings: When I’m not knee-deep in fairy lights and floor plans, you’ll find me out riding my horse, or walking the dog through the fields.
