With years of experience in the hospitality industry, James is passionate about creating exceptional culinary experiences for his clients and their guests. His journey began in restaurant management, where he honed his skills in service team leadership, all while developing a keen eye for detail. In 2025, James was joined by Clara Howard, his partner in life and now in business. With a background in sales, marketing, events, and corporate management, Clara brings the organization, communication, and calm precision that keep each event running seamlessly. Together, they balance artistry with strategy—turning vision into execution and hospitality into truly memorable events.
