At I Do Designs we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and our amazing customer serivce.
Your invitations are the first glimpse your guests will receive of your big day, they set the tone so time, care and thought has to go into designing and creating them.
At I Do Designs we offer a truly bespoke service, not just changing colours or ribbons etc. Nothing is ‘off the peg’.
We want to talk to our customers; we want to get to know them and about the wedding they are planning. We want to build a relationship so that we can work together to create an invitation that is truly bespoke to each person and their wedding.
Our design and production teams are committed to making the whole process a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Once you have an idea of the style of invitation you like we can create you a fully personalised sample incorporating all of your specific design elements.
We offer one sample free of charge with further samples charged at £5 each. A great level of care and consideration is put into every single sample card we produce. We open a dialogue; we ask questions and discuss your ideas and design choices - so we can produce you a sample that is as close to your finished product as possible. Obviously, there is room for change and alterations can easily be made, but we like to nail it, every time!
The invitations on our website are merely a selection of things we have previously created; they are a starting point for our customers to see if any designs, colours or themes catch their eye.
We are happy to chat any ideas through with potential clients, over the phone or video call. Alternatively, for those who are nearby we are happy to meet in person.
