Together, they've spent years perfecting recipes, chasing bold flavours and proving that a great bowl of noodles can make any day better. Mike is all about the big flavours. If it's spicy, smoky or sizzling, he's in his happy place. He's the one always tweaking recipes, testing new ideas and making sure every bowl is packed with flavour. (He's also the first to volunteer as chief taste tester... tough job, but someone has to do it!) Chun is the heart of the kitchen. Calm, creative and a perfectionist, she's the master behind the handmade touches and authentic flavours that keep customers coming back. She believes every dish should taste like it's been made just for you—because it has. Together, they're on a mission to bring proper, feel-good noodle dishes to Boston, one bowl at a time.
