Having spent twenty-five years in event management before becoming a celebrant, I perfectly understand the logistics, timing, and coordination required to plan events of such enormous significance. I am able to reassure my couples that I know how to think on my feet when things don't go exactly to plan (because let's be honest, something always happens)and I can keep my cool under pressure while keeping everyone around me calm and even smiling. I'll be working seamlessly with your venue, your suppliers, your family members – making sure all the moving pieces come together beautifully. I'm based in North West London and work across Greater London and surrounding counties including Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Essex, Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Surrey, and Cambridgeshire although I am more than happy to travel further afield if required (which may incur some additional travel expenses). I particularly enjoy working at converted barns, quirky venues, outdoor spaces with water views, manor houses, and places with historical significance – though I'm equally happy creating ceremonies in your garden, a local hotel, or anywhere else that's special to you which is the beauty of working with an independent celebrant. When not writing ceremonies, I love spending time with family and friends, being on or near beaches, travelling to foreign shores. I also love sequins (or anything sparkly), gin, Christmas, dogs and West End musicals which I think pretty much sums me up!
