Norton Grounds is an 18th Century Cotswold stone farmhouse set in 120 acres of its own farmland. It has a perfect setting for a marquee wedding, or wonderfully converted, characterful barns. The whole site is licensed for ceremonies.
At Norton Grounds we offer a limited number of dates a year from 2. Ight stays. You and your guests have exclusive use of our accommodation , sleeping 20 onsite in our Cottages. We want you to settle in, relax and enjoy your stay!
When you choose Norton Grounds as your wedding venue, it includes:
– Exclusive use of the grounds and accommodation
– The option of a reception in the Barns (up to 130 guests seated) or a Marquee (up to 250 guests seated)
– Accommodation for 20 guests
– The option of holding your ceremony in the Threshing Barn for up to 120 guests, Cow Shed 150 guests or Lawn
– Support throughout the planning stages of anything involved on site by our experienced Event Manager
– Access to our list of Recommended Suppliers
– Management of set up
– Management on the day of the event
– Management of the break down
– On site security on the day of the event
Tipi for use during your wedding day included
We offer flexibility so that you can personalise your day and use the options on site as you please. For instance, your ceremony and drinks reception in the Barn or garden, followed by dinner in a marquee or barn. Or how about using the barn as a ‘Party Barn’ for dancing after your meal?
You can choose from our large, recommended catering list or use one of your own .
The grounds are exclusively yours, offering fabulous photo opportunities.
Norton Grounds Details
- From intimate weddings for 30 people, up to a large marquee extravaganza for up to 200 guests, we have something to suit many requests.
- We have a range of around 12 caterers to choose from for different styles and budgets and are very flexible when it comes to suppliers. We have an excellent list of recommended suppliers. The Watering Hole offer a flexible drinks service with no corkage
- We offer 3 day hire in our venue charge with all of our cottages accommodation included for up to 20 guests. It really does provide the perfect space to relax and enjoy your time with family and friends.
- Our permanent tipi also offers a perfect spot for a pre wedding get together or a post wedding brunch.
- Golden Pineapple Hospitality provide expert planning support and management in the venue hire fee. Their friendly approach and professionalism allows you to feel confident that every detail is covered and you can enjoy every moment of your special day.
- Our accommodation has 5 star rating with all bedrooms having en-suites, well equipped kitchens and cosy cottage charm.
Meet the Organiser
Anna and Hannah offer planning support and manage all of our weddings at Norton Grounds. With a limited number of weddings held at the venue each year, this means we are able to offer more time and support to our couples than most venues. We both have around 20 years experience working in prestigious venues and delivering beautiful events. We are meticulous planners that are passionate about weddings and really care about our couples. We are there to provide planning support along your journey, style your wedding with you, check quotes, make recommendations, provide the timings for your day, liaise with your suppliers, manage your wedding weekend, and answer any questions you might have.
