From the moment you book with us, you will have a dedicated wedding coordinator who will look after you every step of the way. Nicola and Louise will work alongside you to create a wedding that your family & friends will talk about for years to come.
There will be open days, planning meetings and guidance with endless recommendations, we know what makes a good party and we love weddings.
We’ve got you covered, from today when you get in touch, to the final goodbyes at the end of your wedding night.

Meet the Owner
We are husband and wife, Nicola & Patrick Gilmour. Food, drink, and entertaining are at the heart of our family lives. We have owned, run and loved Pratis since 2019, but our roles are much bigger than that. We’re the welcoming committee, the planners, the trouble-shooters and fully involved from the first moment you get in touch. Between us we have 36 years combined event management and catering experience so when the opportunity arose to buy Pratis, we couldn’t wait to get started!
