If you’re looking for a country-house wedding venue in Kent that is truly exclusive as well as flexible and bespoke, you may have found it.
This private and tranquil venue, nestled in a 100 acre National Trust estate offers only 12 weekends each year for weddings, guaranteeing absolute privacy and exclusivity throughout your wedding celebration.
We aim to create the feeling of a country house weekend and although we’re on hand throughout each event, we like to give you the space and freedom to customise your wedding experience.
How does your Wedding day work?
Choose between a civil or church ceremony. Civil ceremonies can take place in the Yellow Room with guests seated either inside or on the front lawn. Drinks receptions can take place in the house, in the gardens or in the marquee. Small wedding breakfasts can take place in the house or in our on-site luxury 12x24m marquee, this can be sectioned off to create smaller intimate spaces, but if you would like to supply your own marquee, we have acres of space for it.
Our luxury Bridal Suite is available for your daytime wedding preparations and overnight stays at the weekends. You and your guests can check in to the on-site guest accommodation and the bridal suite for up to 4 nights, which guarantees a long and relaxed build up to your big day. Guests can also camp on-site at no extra charge.

- With accommodation in the house for up to 10 guests and a full day on site to set up, enjoy a weekend long celebration
- We host just a handful of weddings and civil ceremonies per year which means there's no a whiff of a conveyor belt here!
- Sprivers Mansion is set in its own established formal gardens, which in turn are surrounded by the orchards, meadows, woodland and parkland of the Sprivers estate. The 12m x 24m marquee sited behind the house is available for your evening reception from
- The Bridal Suite, located in the main house, is made up of two spacious Georgian bedrooms, plus a large bathroom with roll top bath and sweeping views of the parkland
