I'm Alexis Walker, founder of The Bride Squad and a professional wedding planner with neary 20 years of experience creating beaufifully considered weddings across the UK and internationally.
Before returning my focus to the UK, I spent several years planning weddings in Lake Como, Italy. Today I specialise in bespoke blank canvas weddings, transforming private homes, country estates and marquee venues into extraordinary celebrations. These are the kinds of weddings where every detail is carefully considered, every logistical challenge is solved behind the scenes and nothing is left to chance.
After planning hundreds of weddings, I've learnt one thing; beautiful weddings don't just happen... they're planned.
Over the years, friends, family & couples would often say "I wish I could have a wedding planner, but it's just not in our budget". That stuck with me.

Let's make one thing clear.... You absolutely do NOT need to have planned a wedding before. That's my job. I'm Alexis Walker and for almost 20 years I've been planning weddings that start as nothing more than an empty field, a family garden or a vision in someone's head. I've created weddings in Lake Como, designed marquee celebrations across the UK and I'm lucky enough to still spend my weekends bringing incredible weddings to life. The Bride Squad exists because I know professional wedding planning isn't within everyone's budget, but expert advice should be. So I've taken everything I've learnt over hundreds of weddings and made it available to couples who want to plan with confidence, avoid costly mistakes and create a wedding that's brilliantly organised without losing the fun along the way.
