Our main banqueting function room which can host up to 140 guests in the day time and up to 200 guests in the evening has recently had new carpet and curtains and makes a stunning backdrop for your big day. We have 46 bedrooms so that your guests can stay at our hotel after your event too and we offer preferential rates.

The Gables Hotel is the ideal Gloucestershire wedding venue to host large civil ceremonies for up to 150 guests. Our recently refurbished banqueting suite provides the perfect backdrop for your civil wedding near Bristol.

We have five elegant licensed rooms which can cater for 10 to 150 guests, so you can choose whether you want a small intimate ceremony or larger celebration. Our rooms can be decorated in your theme (we have local suppliers we can recommend who can help with all of your arrangements) and if the weather is good your guests can enjoy drinks and canapes on the patio after the ceremony or in the spacious bar if not.

After you’ve exchanged your vows, head to one of our wedding reception rooms to really get the party started. We offer a variety of spectacular, spacious reception rooms fitting up to 140 day time and 200 evening guests which lend themselves to a celebration to remember, with a full-stocked private bar and dance floor. You are welcome to decorate the room to suit your particular style and budget, and be amazed as you watch your vision come to life, before you dance the night away with your loved ones.

Daunted by the thought of planning your day from head to toe? Worry not, as we have a range of affordable wedding packages at your disposal. Our packages are designed to delight, including everything from welcome drinks and evening food to elegant decoration and complimentary stays.

Our full day package includes an arrival drink, a three-course meal, a glass of sparkling wine for the toast plus evening food and room hire, so you can have peace of mind that there will be no surprises when it comes to cost. The packages are based on 50 day guests and 80 evening guests, but you are welcome to add extra guests at the per person prices listed in our brochure. If our packages don't seem quite right for you, we will happily create a bespoke package to make your wedding both individual and unforgettable, and will hold your hand every step of the way.
