Come and ‘tide’ the knot at the West Country’s favourite attraction! The Grand Pier is a truly unique, iconic and wonderfully British venue situated in the historical seaside town of Weston-super-Mare. The outstanding setting, located a quarter of a mile out to sea, boasts stunning sea views and provides the perfect back drop for you to say ‘I Do’. It’s almost guaranteed to be unlike anything you or your guests have ever experienced before!
Facilities and Capacity
The Grand Pier offers a range of picture-perfect, licensed rooms for you to choose from for your special day, accommodating intimate gatherings to grand celebrations of 650 guests. Once married, newlyweds and their guests can capture vibrant photographs in our iconic amusement park, providing a unique backdrop for colourful and personality-filled images. Brides enjoy complimentary use of our elegant Bridal Suite, situated at the Pier's highest peak, ensuring comfort and relaxation while preparing for the big day.
Our on-site chefs offer a variety of tasty canapes and a delicious wedding breakfast for you and your guests. Additionally, a buffet is available for those end-of-the-night cravings. Our wedding brochure includes a sample menu, but your designated wedding coordinator can customise this to suit your preferences.
Whether it’s a full day affair or an evening celebration, we have just the space for your dream wedding:
• Regency Suite is a stunning, large and airy venue situated on the top floor of The Grand Pier that is complete with a private entrance and balcony, lift access and exclusive bar for up to 230 guests.
• The Tiffany Room is a romantic setting at the furthest point out to sea that is beautifully decorated in an elegant Edwardian style and boasts phenomenal panoramic views of the bay. This venue is licensed for civil wedding ceremonies and is perfect for your wedding breakfast and evening celebrations for up to 150 guests.
• The North Tower is the perfect top floor venue for an intimate number of guests. With private entrance and floor to ceiling views of the shoreline, this semi-circular room is suitable for a civil ceremony or small wedding breakfast for up to 24 guests.
• Looking for something bigger? The Great Hall effortlessly morphs from a bustling family attraction into a magnificent space solely dedicated to your grand celebration. Our Great Hall can host an extraordinary wedding breakfast for up to 650.

The Grand Pier Details
- The Regency Suite is a stunning, large and airy venue situated on the top floor of The Grand Pier that provides plenty of space for your friends and family. This versatile function room can accomodate ceremonies and receptions for up to 230 guests.
- The Tiffany Room is a romantic setting at the furthest point out to sea that is beautifully decorated in an elegant Edwardian style with luxurious drapes and beautiful chandeliers. This room accomodates ceremonies and receptions for up to 150 guests.
- The North Tower is lovated on the top floor of The Grand Pier and is the perfect setting to cater for an intimate number of guests. This room is suitable for a civil ceremony and a small wedding breakfast for up to 24 guests.
- We offer all our brides complimentary use of our Bridal Suite located at the highest peak of the Pier, which is ideal for those finishing touches, changes throughout the day, or for the whole bridal party to get ready together.
- Somewhere unusual, unique, and wonderfully British. Its unlike anything you or your guests have experienced before!
- Standing proudly on a stretch of long sandy beach, there are amazing views from The Grand Pier, plus plenty of picture-perfect outside spaces creating beautiful backdrops for your photos.
