The Wedding Hand offers warm, expert wedding planning and coordination, with flexible support designed around each couple, their priorities and the celebration they want to create.
I created The Wedding Hand because I know how much goes into planning a wedding, and how much more enjoyable it can be when you have someone beside you to bounce ideas off, ask for advice, solve problems with and, occasionally, have a good moan to!
The Gentle Hand was inspired by the support I wish I had while planning my own wedding. Someone who knew the plans, understood what mattered to us and could step in when we needed them.
That same idea runs through all of my packages. Whether you need The Finishing Touch for coordination, The Gentle Hand for more dedicated support, The Supportive Hand to plan together, or Hand in Hand for full planning, I fit around how involved you want to be.
Planning your wedding should be part of the fun. So if life is busy, work is full on, or you are planning from further away, I can take the pressure off without taking the experience away from you.
You still get to make the decisions, enjoy the exciting bits and create a day that feels completely yours. I am simply there to make it all feel easier.

- The Gentle Hand My signature coordination support. We work together before the wedding so I know your plans, priorities and suppliers, then I lead the day behind the scenes while you relax and enjoy every moment.
- The Supportive Hand For couples who want to stay involved in planning but would love expert support beside them. We plan together, your way, with guidance, supplier support, practical organisation and coordination on the day.
- Hand in Hand Full wedding planning for couples who want expert support from the bigger decisions through to the wedding day. I bring the plans, suppliers and logistics together while keeping your priorities and personality at the heart of it.

Meet the Wedding Coordinator
I’m Nicole, wife, mum to Lily, and the person behind The Wedding Hand. I absolutely loved my own wedding day, but I also know first hand how much easier it would have been with someone there whose only job was to know the plans, keep everything moving and let us simply enjoy it. That experience is a huge part of why The Wedding Hand exists. My approach is warm, practical and highly organised, but always led by you, your priorities and how you want your wedding to feel. I get to know your wedding properly, bring your venue and suppliers together, and become the calm, trusted person behind the scenes so that when the day arrives, you can switch off, be completely present and soak it all in.

I offer four levels of support, from (not so) simple on the day coordination, to fully supported and in-depth coordination, all the way to full planning.
Marquee & Tipi Weddings
If you are having a marquee or tipi wedding, you are a lucky couple!! But there are a lot of complexities that come with the planning and on the day coordination. I guarantee you need someone there on your wedding day to help coordinate everyone, and to make sure you relax. I'd love to be the person alongside you!
What a wedding coordinator does
My day is a busy day, so your day is a chilled one. I do everything you need me to and I focus on your priorities to make sure you have the best possible day.
