Tucked away on the Lancashire/Yorkshire border, Thornton Hall is a modern, exclusive-use wedding venue surrounded by peaceful countryside and sweeping views. With space for up to 120 guests for the day and 200 for the evening, it’s the perfect blend of elegance, flexibility, and relaxed charm.
You’ll have exclusive access the day before to set up and the day after to collect, giving you time to enjoy every moment without feeling rushed. Inside, the venue is beautifully light-filled and neutral — a blank canvas to style however you like — with features including The Snug dressing room, Champagne Bar, outdoor space in The Meadows, and two fully stocked bars.
We work with a handpicked selection of trusted catering partners offering everything from relaxed street food to formal dining, and we’ll help tailor food and drink to suit your vision and budget. A dedicated wedding coordinator will support you every step of the way — from your first visit to the final toast.
On-site accommodation includes glamping bell tents and a cosy farmhouse, with more lovely places to stay just minutes away.
