Meet the Owner
Vince Thorne is a well-respected, professional freelance photographer now based in Portsmouth Specialising in a variety of areas, from weddings to portrait, landscape and commercial photography. His distinctive, contemporary style of work, is expressed through his stunning and imaginative visuals. The photography journey all began when he was introduced at a young age to the Kodak Instamatic. Fast forward 40 years, and he has a successful and thriving business, Vince Thorne Bespoke Photography. “Photography is a way of feeling, of touching, of loving. What you have caught on film is captured forever…It remembers little things, long after you have forgotten everything”. For Vince, photography is much more than just taking a photo, being able to capture a specific moment, that you can look back on for years to come, is just like travelling in time. Besides his passion for photography, Vince is an avid lover of music. With an impressive collection of musical memorabilia, he has also met the likes of ABBA group members, Benny, Bjorn and Frida.
