We specialise in “On the Day Coordination”.
If you’ve chosen a venue such as a Village Hall, Barn, Tipi, Marquee or Garden wedding or any venue without a wedding coordinator, then we’re your team!

We are here to ensure your day goes to plan and to timings. Firstly, we will meet with you and arrange a venue site visit. After our initial chat we will then start to plan your wedding starting with a wedding timeline.
Throughout our meetings we build a tailored timeline of the day so we know who’s doing what and who’s arriving when.

On the day it’s self we literally ensure everyone is where they need to be. We’re there to meet suppliers, and be a point of contact for your guests.
We will serve your welcome drinks, seat guests for dinner, announce the speeches, first dance, cutting of the cake and do any other jobs that need doing throughout the day to allow you to completely enjoy your special day.
