From their Flagship studio in Tel Aviv we create feminine graceful designs. They use comfortable meticulous patterns, carefully selected fabrics, and uncompromising sewing. All these are implemented in creative work that pays attention to every small detail of the garment.
Coming from a heritage of fashion designers who were among the first to establish themselves sixty years ago in Israel, fashion design was a natural choice for Limor.
Starting at Bezalel Art Academy, Limor was given the freedom to relate to garments as works of art and not only as items of clothing. Studying fashion at the Instituto Europeo di Design in Madrid, Limor came in contact with the highest standards of the European fashion industry. After training later on as part of the design team of the Diane von Furstenberg fashion house in New York, Limor set up my own studio, Limor Rosen Bridal Couture, in the heart of the Tel Aviv gallery district.
Inspired by the soft detailed patterns and their outstanding elongated feathers, “Birds of paradise” collection blends this flowing tenderness with nature's incredible geometric patterns. This collection incorporates soft, slender silk tulles with polished and fine beaded lace to create feminine, romantic silhouettes.
This collection was inspired by Faberge eggs that were given as a gift to the Russian Tsars. The delicate work of beading, embellishments and lace combinations in Limor Rosen's TREASURE are as precise and thoughtful as the work of a jeweler setting precious stones. The feminine and flowing silhouettes remain delicate and light due to the sheerness of fabrics and shades of ivory lace over nude and blush linings
Shot on city streets and in bold, architecturally designed buildings draws its inspiration from the romantic femininity of Art Nouveau meeting the clean, sharp urban aesthetic of Art Deco. The designer’s love of modern romance keeps the gowns beautiful – featuring incredible beaded detail, beautiful fabrics and elegant lace in clean, strong silhouettes that fit to the wearer’s body and flow against her figure. The new collection brings feminine details to modern shapes – a corded lace features on a low cut V neckline, a sparkling bodice sits against a bias cut liquid silk skirt.
Fashioned from her favorite soft silks, lightly-beaded lace and embroidered chiffon, TRIBAL Collection was inspired by African tribes and their customs – tattoos, piercings and desert hues. “My bride is stylish, confident and feminine,” Limor says. “She wants to feel beautiful yet comfortable in her dress, and is not afraid to have a twist” – be it striking cut-out or ombre train.
