Located within the National Trust’s Waddesdon estate near the gates of Waddesdon Manor, just off the A41 in Buckinghamshire, the Five Arrows is a charming boutique hotel, with 16 individually designed bedrooms, making a wonderful backdrop for a romantic and sophisticated wedding celebration.
Built in 1887 for the artists, craftsmen and artisans working on the manor itself. Externally, the building retains its medieval grandeur with half-timber cladding, lead mullion and stone windows, Fleur du Lis detailing and climbing ivy. The 16 ensuite bedrooms are boutique in style and bespoke in design, ensuring newlyweds and their guests relax in luxury.
Ceremonies can be held in either the sophisticated Rothschild Room for any number up to 40, or in the charming and rustic Old Coach House, set beside the courtyard, with its timber trussed roof and original wrought ironwork which can seat up to 60 for dining and 100 for a ceremony. Our restaurant can also seat 80 for a wedding breakfast, or alternatively for larger parties you can extend the Old Coach House with a bespoke twin pavilion marquee attachment and invite up to 120 guests.
Both rooms are complemented by the Baron's Gate which makes a picture perfect setting in which to sign the official register.
For those looking for a religious ceremony, the local parish church of St Michael and All Angels is just a short walk away.
To commemorate a special day, all wedding couples at the Five Arrows have the opportunity to enjoy a 20 minute photoshoot at the majestic Waddesdon Manor House and the architecturally stunning Windmill Hill.
Exclusive use of the hotel, grounds, Old Coach House building and sixteen bedrooms (with breakfast included), plus the use of our resident DJ is available. On the night of the wedding, all rooms must be booked by the couple or their guests, who will benefit from special room rates. Food and drink are priced per person, the Five Arrows Executive Chef uses only the best British produce and ingredients to create a number of seasonal menu options that you can select from to create your perfect wedding breakfast.
