DIY Ice and Fire Winter Wedding Centrepiece
Today we’re going to show you how to create your own DIY ice and fire winter wedding centrepiece that’s a stunning finish to any winter wedding table. Not only is this very easy to put together and a lot simpler to accomplish than a grand floral display, but it’s very affordable too. See our DIY below!
What You’ll Need:
Instructions:
Step 1: Take your vases (we used 3 modern, square vases) and create your mystic crystals inside them as outlined on the packet. One packet makes around 4L of water-hydrated crystals, and our one arrangement took less than a packet. For the best results, we recommend you leave your crystals to form overnight.
Step 2: Once your crystals have fully set, use a fork to “fluff them up”. This creates a beautiful crushed ice effect.
Step 3: Add your candles—use a variety of shapes, sizes, and heights for the best result.
Step 4: To create the perfect centrepiece with your crystal vases, build your vases up around your two large pillar candles. You could even stack one vase on top of another to give a gorgeous layered look.
The Final Look:
Light your candles and you have a beautiful finish to your winter wonderland centrepiece!
