Manoir De La Foulquetiere
Based in the Loire region of France, Manoir de la Foulquetiere is a gorgeous 15th century boutique venue. It has been tastefully decorated with beautiful hand picked antiques to complement the romantic French setting and offers a home from home feel. Set in 25 acres of stunning grounds, the manor boasts it’s very own 14th century chapel and British owners Rosemary and Richard are more than happy to help you with your wedding planning! They can offer recommendations and liaise with a range of caterers, hair and make up artists, entertainers or whatever else you may need to make your stay perfect.
Chateau de Maulmont
Built in 1840 as a royal hunting lodge for Princess Adelaide, Chateau de Maulmont offers brides their very own princess castle for the day! With exclusive use of the whole estate, individually decorated rooms and apartments available, you can host a magical wedding for up to 180 guests. They also offer a choice of several excellent caterers who can cater for a wide range of dietary needs and preferences including vegetarian, vegan, organic and Asian.
The owners are native English speakers and have extensive experience with wedding planning, so can help you as much or as little as you like. They are proud to offer this service free of charge as their only interest is to make sure that you have the perfect day!
Chateau de Pennautier
This stunning chateau in the south of France is owned by Nicolas and Miren de Lorgeril who are members of the 10th generation of the same family who built it in 1620! It has been lovingly restored to offer luxury accommodation, a venue for weddings and its own chapel. Built in the distinctive style of the Palace of Versailles, this dramatic and regal building offers brides a glamorous venue for their French wedding. Boasting the title of the largest, most prestigious wine making chateau in the south of France, this beautiful venue is the perfect place for wine lovers to say their ‘I dos’ in France.
