It’s always worth a look on the high street for bridesmaid dresses, as with stores like Coast, Monsoon (see pictured), and Debenhams offering more choice in evening and occasionwear, it’s likely you’ll find something to suit your maids without spending a fortune.
Buying a dress your girlfriends will want to wear again is a great option, and means they will remember your big day with style!
Key looks we love this season include cute prom dresses(See Monsoon blue above), perfect for showing off those summer pins, elegant column gowns with subtle sparkle embellishment, and interesting halter necks that echo this popular new trend in bridalwear.
Colours this season echo the catwalks, with soft new nudes such as mink, coffee, ivory and shell contrasting with hot brights.
Regal purples look fabulous on darker skins, while daring reds and fabulous pinks look hot, hot, hot and provide a daring contrast to the bride.
Maxis (pictured top) are such a trend right now, so look in shops like Miss Selfridge, Oasis, and Per Una at M&S for floaty frocks for a more bohemian wedding.
Top tip: Team with metallic accessories like gold strappy sandals and rows of fine bracelets for a relaxed look that works so well right now.
