Yesterday saw Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas hold their wedding, and as expected, Sophie made for the most beautiful bride.
We have to say though, we were rather surprised by her wedding dress – in the best possible way.
Given that Sophie got married in the midst of a heat wave in Château Martinay in France, her dress was not what we were expecting.
Designed by Louis Vuitton’s Artistic Director of Women’s Collection, Nicolas Ghesquière, the dress is an absolute masterpiece, and unlike any we’ve seen before.
The gown features a plunging neckline, an open back, short capped sleeves and long lace sleeves too – absolutely everything a bride could dream of!
So far these are the only photos we’ve seen from the wedding, apart from an Instagram Story that Sophie’s sister in law Priyanka Chopra posted, of what looks like a beautiful sunset over gorgeous table settings.
Sophie and Joe’s photographer Corbin Gurkin also shared a snap of their venue, which is every bit as grand as we were expecting from a castle in the South of France – so dreamy!
