Tell us about your outfit, and where you bought it
My dress was custom made just for me. I had a particular style in mind which wasn’t available in the shops. It was an Elven/Medieval style ivory gown. It had a boned brocade bodice with a sweetheart neckline. The skirt was silk georgette and had a cathedral train. I had sleeves made to match which were floor length as was my veil.
Did you have bridesmaids? If so, who did you choose and what did they wear?
I had 2 Bridesmaids, both my sisters. They wore gorgeous Sage Green chiffon dresses with a ruched bodice from Forever Yours. Absolutely stunning!
Who did your groom choose for his best man and ushers, and what did they wear?
John chose his younger brother to be his best man – despite reservations! Christopher is the most organised guy in the world! The ushers were his 2 closest friends Lee and Dave. John wore an Ivory Edward style Jacket, with and ivory and gold waistcoat with antique gold cravat and hankie – the groomsmen wore the same but with black jackets.
