On-the-day stationery

Wedding menus, reception place names, ceremony order of service sheets… is your paperwork all ready for the big day?

Order of service sheets

These usually take the form of a folded card, with or without a paper insert. The cover of the sheet conventionally has the names of the bride and groom printed in the bottom left and right hand corners, respectively. The date and name of the church or venue is usually centred in the middle of the page. The actual layout of the service sheet depends on the style of the ceremony, so it might be a good idea to get some advice from your minister or registrar before making final arrangements.

Reception stationery

Once you’ve chosen the theme of your stationery and invitations, you can continue the same design throughout your reception, with tableware, menus and place names to match the style of your invitations, adding a sense of sophistication to the celebrations.

Menu cards

Menu cards can be printed for your guests and placed on each table.

Place name cards

Place name cards are crucial if you have a seating plan. You can even print them up on your own computer with our Print Centre, or write them out by hand.

Seating plans

In addition to place name cards, an overall seating plan is usually displayed at the entrance to the dining room, so that guests know the general location of their seats.
