Do I have full use of the entire venue, the grounds and all the rooms within the venue?
The private hire of Baddow Park House means that only you and your guests have access to the venue, grounds and accommodation.
Our luxury onsite accommodation is offered to our couples as a package, this means that they can allocate the bedrooms to the guests that they want to stay.

Will anyone other than us and our guests are in a private-use venue?
Absolutely not! Other than staff and your other suppliers, there will be nobody else on site. We do not permit viewings or visitors to Baddow Park House when the venue is in use.
How does it work with catering in a private-use venue? Do we have to cook for ourselves; do we have to order in our own food and catering?
We have a fantastic resident caterer at Baddow Park House that can create bespoke menus whatever your requirements are. What sort of restrictions are there when hiring a private-use venue?
When you book Baddow Park House, it really is your home for the duration. We will always be as accommodation as we can to deliver the day you have always dreamt of. From custom barware to collections of photos of family and friends, custom printed material, bespoke dining the list goes on.

Does the owner of a private-use venue typically live or stay on site? If off-site, what do we do if we need to speak to the owners?
Baddow Park House is a full-time wedding venue with staff available onsite throughout your stay. You will have the freedom to enjoy your stay with us but with the added comfort of professional and attentive staff never being far away.
Are we allowed to play music until late? Is there a time restriction?
There will be no other guests staying over at Baddow Park House other than those you have allocated luxury accommodation to. Whilst the DJ would need to finish by 12, you can finish the evening by relaxing in one of our reception rooms whilst playing your own playlists through our speaker system.

If we hire a private-use venue what sort of equipment should we need to bring with us?
Unless you specifically have anything you want to bring with you, there is no need to bring any equipment with you. Baddow Park House is a fully equipped luxury-wedding venue.
If some of our guests are going to be staying over in the on-site accommodation are they still able to come to the venue before and after the wedding?
For 2021 we will have 10 luxury bedrooms including the bridal suite. Depending on the configuration of your guests, you can sleep up to 30 at Baddow Park House. Your guests can access their room from 2pm and check out is at 10am.

If we book a private-use venue for the entire weekend, what sort of arrival and departure options do we have?
We really can cater to whatever your requirements may be! Couples tend to arrive early afternoon on the Friday for some welcome drinks and plenty of time to relax before tucking into a sumptuous supper with their nearest and dearest.
After having your special day on the Saturday, make the most of your celebrations by hosting a relaxed brunch on the Sunday. Reminisce over all the finer details and don’t feel rushed!
